The Home Owners Association was created pursuant to the Restrictive Covenants in place for the Burlington Place Subdivision in an effort to promote comradery, foster safety and to sustain the integrity and value of this exceptional community.  It's all about serving the people, to make this a truly wonderful place to call home.
